...Oh, Snatch!

Workout 12.2 of the CrossFit Open was posted this evening:
      Women - includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
      Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 
            10 minutes of:
      45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
      75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
      100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
      120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

Tomorrow's workout at the gym will be going through the movements and putting a game plan together. It's definitely going to be a hard workout... but I'm looking forward to it!

  1. I got tired just reading that workout routine! Do a couple of extra reps for me - while I sit at my computer. Is typing exercise?
